  • Luckily, my girlfriend, Stephanie was able to take care of my phone twice while i was at work. My phone sprint samsung s7 stopped charging so it went in for repairs. First, they said it be a couple days because it is labor intensive to fix samsung phones and the parts will have to be ordered and picked up in Henderson. Fine. Well, i get it back and it won't charge. heck i cant use it, wont call out. so back and forth and they installed the wrong parts. the wait game for parts from Taiwan now is two weeks. They apologized and verbally told me the next repair will be 10% off. sweet. The phone works with Sprint compatible parts. The next time i broke my phone and the diopter screen broke and that was 180.00 all said and done. This time it went smooth but didn't honor the 10% discount. Gave me 5% off though for being a repeat. I would still come back as they are nice and work overall is excellent overall. They are so hard to find. Just look for the State farm insurance company.
