  • The tire was replaced successfully so I'll stretch to 1 star; however, we changed the tire in 7 minutes on the 215 and when we stopped at Firestone at 4pm we were told the new tire exchange would take 20 minutes but to give them an hour. 2.5 hours later I came back after receiving a call asking which tire needs replacing. I'm waiting as an obese technician lifted the car up as he can't bend over to check tread depth of the brand new tire. Monkey see monkey do so I suppose it's a success but if it takes Firestone 2.5 hours to change a flat tire (when only 2 of the bays are occupied and 4 people are working) I'm not sure I would trust them to do anything else if you care about your vehicle.
