  • I've been going to Cha Cha on and off for a while - I used to see Alice, and when she left I went to Robyn. When Robyn left, I tried a different salon and really hated what I got. I was so frustrated I just let that crap grow and grow for many long months, til I had a shapeless, unmanageable mass. It finally got too ugly to ignore, so based on a suggestion from a friend, I went to see Gen yesterday for a cut. I'm so glad I did - she listened to what I wanted, encouraged me to show her pictures of hair that I liked, and really heard my concerns. She asked me questions about my hair texture, and I was so frickin delighted when she asked, "how do you feel about razor cuts?" I thought it was awesome that she was down to change up her plan based on my comfort level. In the end she gave me a sassy razor cut. Now I've got bomb hair and a new stylist. Woo hoo Gen!
