This place is the worst place to go to if you want someone who knows how to fit you. They literally just care about making the sale, and trying to be as friendly (and deceitful) as possible. They say oh this looks great on you every single time. The reason I'm writing this review now was for a situation many years back when I was still clueless about dress-shirt buying. And now that I have a much better idea of what is needed, I can safely say that these associates, however friendly, are only here to make money off of you.
I was sold 4 very ill-fitted, overly large shirts where I recall the associate saying yes the back needs to be big, etc, etc and saying things that you would for shoes "you will grow into it" and using a lot of other sales-y tactics. My mom loved(maybe still loves?) this place and I remember in fifth grade we came here for a long winter coat, the guy sold me a super long trench coat that is STILL too large for me (in every aspect of the word), and now its been a decade and a half later!
This is the truth I tell ya, you've been warned.
