Help me understand what you are requesting.....
I believe customer satisfaction should come first, rather than making the customer write a Great satisfactory letter on Yelp...
Obviously, I'm not happy Sun City Garage Door company over charge me 200% for the garage door spring replacement.
Keep your money, I rather inform the public via YELP, of the hidden non-competitive, and unfair prices "Sun City Doors" provides.
Topics of unsatisfactory installation:
1. Field tech, did not properly explain or present spring replacement cost.
2. Company Owners, should provide a replacement parts List to customers to select items of their choice, so they are not surprised with a large fee
3. Company website state 24 hour service, however I attempted (4) time with no success. Answering service did their job correctly.
4. In business customer satisfaction is the highest priory, especially if the company uses "Yelp"...
