  • Update to my review: I posted this review and just a couple of hours later I get a nasty message from a "fellow helper" who just so happened to create a profile a couple of hours after my review posted. The genius wrote things that I didn't mention in my review, not bad things, just obvious indications that this employee was there when they canceled my order. So I'm adding bullying to my review. Flakey!!! I would never ever under any circumstance depend on this location. They received the order and then told me they would deliver it the next day instead of the promised date. It's February, I get it, but Valentine's Day is not for two more days and you shouldn't advertise one thing and then do another. Poor excuse. Then the woman blamed corporate. Bad mouthing your own company is not making any situation better. Best part is after they called to cancel my order, I went to their site and screen shot them doing a countdown for same day delivery. " 4 hours 3 minutes left to order for same day delivery". Oh, Okay... You know who is awesome? The Flower Nook. They rescued me and delivered my sisters birthday flowers. Also Zelcovia Cookies They have super cute cookie bouquets and great customer service. I would depend on a company like the two mentioned above any day over this Edible Arrangements location for any deliveries in this general vicinity. Plus edible arrangements aren't as cute as they once were. Not much has changed since 1999. Pretty sure everyone has seen a heart shaped pineapple by now.
