  • They will Rack you over the coals. Fix nothing, use a terrible handy man that has to come back repeatedly. The home has not been kept up for years. The home was broken into and they wont fix the damage. My renters policy will not cover damage to the home. I hate dealing with them. They will sue you over everything.
