I am very disappointed with this service department. I called for an appointment to address a recall notice I received on my 2017 CRV and was told they would not have the parts to fix the recall until March 2018. Since this is September 2017 and the letter I received from Honda says that the parts being recalled - fuel feed line and hose connection - could result in the vehicle stalling, causing a crash and/or fire waiting 6 months for the repair is totally unacceptable. The Service department had no answer other than "oh well, nothing we can do about it if we can't get the part." When I called the other Madison Honda dealer (Wilde) they were much more helpful and offered to schedule the appointment and order the part.
