  • They finally invested some money into updating the patio, which would be nice, BUT: They keep turning on the sound of TV's randomly so loud, that it's impossible to have a conversation. They keep turning off that expensive-looking fan, because it's located in the middle of thoroughfare and the bus boy who delivers food doesn't like it blowing on him every time he passes by. The food SUCKS! There is too much smoking.
