  • Discovered Mighty Moo Ice Cream at the farmers market a week ago and visited the shop in Youngtown today. My husband and I were impressed both times to say the least. The ice cream was so creamy and flavorful. I have Rocky road and the mighty mix. My husband had the strawberry shake. We also samples the basil lime sorbet, grapefruit sorbet, peanut butter explosion, and cheese popcorn ice cream. Every mouthful was absolutely delicious. The cheese popcorn had a nice subtle flavor the left us battling for the last bit. All of the ice cream is made right at the shop. There is a large variety of flavors and new ones are frequently being added. The gentleman( I'm bad with names ) who served us was wonderful and so helpful. The prices are excellent and much cheaper then the chain ice cream stores. To me the quality was better then what I've had at other shops. I highly recommend the shop and truck. If you go to the Park West Farmers Market, check them out on 4/18.
