  • Terrible. So booked a blow out, should seem pretty simple. Arrived and the front desk had booked my appt wrong so she only had 30min. The stylist kept trying to convince me not to have my hair washed because I wanted a little volume and wave. Well, why would I pay to have you blow dry my dirty hair. It was a bit awkward. They don't know how to round brush to do a blow out!! She back combed/teased it to get volume. What?!?!?! I kept asking what she was doing. Well...$60 out the door I literally went home and rewashed my hair and did it for myself. In tears... High end location, low end style.
