  • The front desk associate was friendly as so was the lady who took my x-rays. I made an appointment to get a deep cleaning and instead they had me wait for a really long time. My apt was at 2pm and I wasn't seen by an actual dentist until 3. And then he measured my teeth very hastily and then left me alone in a dental chair for 45 minutes! No one came by to check on me whatsoever and I could hear dental hygienists laughing and messing around the workplace. By the time he came back he tells me that he can't do the cleaning because they were nearing closing time. So I basically wasted 2 hours of my life for nothing. Not sure what was going on that day but dissatisfied for sure.
