  • If I could given negative stars I would. Richard said he would be here between 2 and 6pm. Had to call multiple times and at 10pm after getting lost,not having gps, and getting an attitude he arrived at the house to immediately say he needs permission to use freon and theres nothing he can do today. Unwilling to even loom at unit. Horrible customer service on the office end. And hillbilly looking drunks for "Professional HVAC repair guys". I would go without AC for the rest of my life before I ever call them again.
