  • The techs at ID get the job done. They know diesel, and won't / don't simply focus on engines. They provide customer service - not common in their industry (in my experience). For what it's worth, when you take your vehicle to the pros at ID, don't expect a shiny floor and squeaky clean office or shop. They WORK, and the state of their business reflects that - IMO in a good way since I'd be suspicious of a shop that worries more about cleaning than customer service and complete, professional work.
