  • So this started off as a not great experience- I bought the Marc Jacob gel foundation and got home and the $55 foundation was clearly used/ dropped and sold again. I took it back and worked with the manager Jessica- she is great. She got me a new box- thank god they had my color and ensured that it had not been tampered with- then got me to check out right away. At that time the line was probably 15 minutes long. She also gave me some samples to make up the experience. It was great, and she was sincerely sorry which was a nice change of pace.
