I came to this site out of curiosity and I was amazed to see all those negative comments. What?! I have worked with 4 Pets Clinic for over a year now and I am left with nothing but good impressions.
They took care of my cat (spay + shots + microchipping) and sent her home with pain medication and an ecollar: for under $120 all! I could also bring her back at any point if I have any issues. I was worried her sutures weren't healing well (I had to take off her ecollar and couldn't stop her from licking the wound), yet as soon as I noticed a problem I called 4 Pets Clinic. They accepted her the same day, cleaned her up and gave her an antibiotic: free of charge. My cat recovered beautifully! In fact, the clinic even offered a free pick up and drop off from my town, so I didn't have to worry about taking time off work to bring her there. You do your own post-op care (there is no overnight stay) which is simple enough: watch the animals and make sure he/she is ok. In fact, I found it much nicer to have mine with me as soon as possible.
I have brought my animals over for routine care, broken nails, etc and they were always taken care of very well. The staff struck me as nice and to the point. This is not the place you go to be pampered and congratulated as a "pet parent" (wtf?), this is where you go to get reasonable service with minimum unnecessary extras, which keeps the cost low.
I know that 4 Pets Clinic is the go-to place for a local cats organization and they have brought in 100s of kittens to be taken care of, again with minimal to no trouble (I recall being told that 2 or 3 needed extra follow up).
To all other commenters: I don't know what to tell you. Are you **SURE** this is the same place we're talking about??
