  • It totally should have earned a 5 start - cos everything about this hotel stands out and excels compared to other hotels on the strip (so disappointed at a lot of them including the Venetians... urrrhhh...). Great decor, high high quality stuff, well maintained rooms, modern, clean, comfortable. The toiletry supply is way better in quality compared to other hotels as well. But, in my one week stay in the same suite, the bulbs were giving me hell. When turned to lower lights settings, the small LED ones along the ceiling would just go nuts and flash my eyes blind endlessly. I had to either leave all the lights on or off, no dimming... I called them to get them fixed three times, but it didn't work. I just sucked it up and felt disappointed that such things are giving me negative feelings about this place. I understand new technology things like the LED lights can be quite hard to figure out, but seriously, Wynn should be able to afford the brain to fix it, this is not your average restaurant or motel down the street.
