Friend took me here for dinner while I was in town, it's an AYCE sushi bar ($26.95) the food was pretty good, mostly rolls/cooked items on their menu though. This place is located in a strip mall, a little confusing if you are entering the plaza from the wrong way haha It's a mom and pop shop, decor is a bit dated but I guess you are going here just for the food. I would prefer it to be a little bit more updated only because it feels a bit dingy.
Had their salmon and octopus nigiri. Fish is pretty fresh. Could've ate those all night! My friend doesn't eat the raw stuff so I was able to try a bunch of different rolls. Chicken teriyaki roll was a bit odd to me haha I'm personally not a teriyaki fan so to put that in a roll was just not normal to me. Baked mussels were delicious!! I'm not a mussel fan but I really enjoyed it. The sauce was really good. Creamy mermaid was good too, light and fluffy batter. Japanese lasagna was too rich for me. I love cream cheese but it was overwhelming. Melted cream cheese over the roll and a slice on top, it was smothered in cream cheese! straight up heart attack haha Alaskan roll, was OK.. I wasn't expecting the salmon on top to be seared. Overall the food was good but I would prefer going to another AYCE spot that my other friend recommended.
