  • Prices at no frills is good but management in the produce department is horrible. I had an incident last Saturday when a manager yelled at me for 5 minutes because I replenished the lettuce due to a shortages. 90% of the stock was unopened so I stacked the boxes on top of each other. He yelled "what are you doing? You're this making a mess and this not a Chinese store" The store was full and I said I was sorry about 10 times. He didn't not stop after 7-10 minutes. When he said "you Chinese ppl think you can do anything" and he approached me with a box cutter. Like that was suppose to scare me in front of 30-50 customers. That's when I snapped and yelled at him. Really unprofessional dealing with a loyal customer but not anymore.
