| - 15 minutes was all I needed to realize I did not enjoy their customer service model. I walked in, and everyone in front of me and behind me was greeted, but there was a definite lack of acknowledgement towards me. I run a large retail store and I dress professional when entering other retail establishments as well, so there would be no reason not to treat me like a legitimate customer. Even if I am 22 years old, a thank you would have been appreciated. When an associate finally approached me, I asked a question, and another associate said "excuse me" and stood right in front of me, mid conversation. I was appalled. In this gigantic store, there wasn't another person she could've asked her question to? I walked in with a $2,000 budget for a mattress and walked out with a bad taste in my mouth for this establishment. I assume this store is in the 15+ million dollar volume range, if not more, so maybe $2,000 isn't much, but it'll add up if that's how customers are treated.
