  • The best advice I can give is to never take your car here. After dropping my car off to get a simple job done, they said they would call us with the total before doing anything. The number they gave us was through the roof, more than it should cost, and will cost elsewhere, so I said we'd come pick the car up and take it somewhere else. They charged us $130 to "diagnose," which they did not inform us of until after we came to pick up the car, and would not release the vehicle until we paid it. This charge was not up front, not written, and not stated at any time other than at pickup. These guys are crooks. So disappointed.
