  • A friend and I drove from Milwaukee to get her ring re-sized and although I am not personally a customer, I would not return because the customer service we received left a bad taste in my mouth. My friend's fiancĂ© had gotten her ring and this was her 2nd time returning to get re-sized. Her ring was falling off her finger and the lady at the counter was very short with us. It felt like we were bothering her when we were asking questions about what size would be best etc. But here's the thing, we're not experts on ring sizing- you are, that's why we were there. Fortunately, it wasn't all bad customer service and it was because of Victoria. She literally gave my friend the rings off her fingers to try on to make sure she was getting the right size. Thank goodness for Victoria who was helpful, kind, and answered all of our questions without making us feel like we were bothering her. My advice would be to ask for her.
