rev:text	So, my Ma and I just finished breakfast here and told a couple waiting to get in that never been there that it's great food and service. Thank goodness theirs was as ours pretty much was just okay. First, the coffee was lukewarm, then when she brought our breakfast my Ma's eggs were cooked scrambled hard (our waitress started to argue with my Ma saying that she had to say she wanted them scrambled soft. Which is untrue since she's had them cooked regular not soft on other visits to Matt's) and scorched and she was charged for cheese where there wasn't any, her home fries were scorched and hard, both of our toast wasn't toasted just warm bread, we both weren't offered water or given water, my Ma only got a cup and a half of coffee she would have liked another refill with her food but the waitress just looked at our table and walked away, my hash browns were somewhat raw in places, and bacon burnt when I asked for crisp. Then when paying for our bill the waitress brings us someone else credit card and says "oh, well that's what happens when I run two at the same time." How do you get 2 males mixed with 2 women? A different waitress with a smile and happy attitude came and offered coffee but we were already ready to get going so she asked if we needed anything else and brought us to go boxes and a cup of ice. Very nice girls another brought back our card again with a good attitude and smile. Wish we had names to put to their faces because they deserve the acknowledgement for their customer service skills. Not such a great Birthday breakfast as planned for my Ma after all.
