  • It all started about 8 years ago when I moved to Central Phoenix from Mesa. I had always taken my baby to the dealer, religiously for services. New Dealer here in PHX told me I needed all kinds of "surprise" stuff--to the tune of $800+, when all I did was come in for regular oil/lube service. Somehow, I found Bogi & Company (Kenny & Angel have serviced my car since day 1). I was told none of the items the Dealer said were "broken", actually were. Car was fine. Mmmhmm...I had never been blatantly lied to a dealer before (guess I had a really good one in Mesa). Anyway, 8+ years later, and Bogi and her crew have NEVER steered me wrong. On the contrary, they have gone out of their way to take care of me and my lovely car.I am a 100% loyal customer (I don't do Jiffy Lube, Just Brakes, etc. EVER). And they have ALWAYS been honest with me, and worked with me. I have actually brought the baby in for regular service & maybe "check the brakes", and told "no charge" because nothing was needed. Nothing, no charge. Imagine that. I love 180 Degrees Automotive. HONEST mechanics. Thank You
