  • This place sucked. I lived here for 2 years and I'm so glad to be gone. Manager was never nice to me. Staff was clueless. At one point I had to call 4 times to get light bulbs replaced in the kitchen. Every time I called to place the work order there was no sign of me having previously called. That took about 5 weeks. Most residents don't clean up after their dogs so there is dog poop everywhere. Their 'policy' for picking up packages varies by person. One day I'd walk in and just be able to get my package by giving my name and apt. number. Then I'd have to bring the slip to get my package. The next time I'd have to have my ID and the slip. Make up your minds people! Oh and let's not mention the 'pay your rent online' ordeal. That system they use very rarely worked properly. Oh and if you want to know your balance before the 1st of the month they are unable to look it up because whatever system they use sucks.
