  • The pizza is great. Service is meh. It's a small pizza joint that cannot handle the attention this place gets. The lines can be out the door and through the lobby lounge area. And it takes FOREVER. It can sometimes be close to an hour wait. The slices are expensive but definitely tastes delicious. But here's why their service is not good... A stranger walked up to us and offered to buy us our pizza when we were near ordering towards the front of the line. We didn't think anything of it at the time until the cashier lady scolded us for letting him buy us pizza. He cut the line, bought us our pizza and some slices for himself and then left. I'm just wondering why WE were the ones who got in trouble instead of the man that cut the line. If they really did not condone people cutting in line, then they shouldn't have served the guy. She should have told him to get to the back of the line or tell him to leave. But no. She sells him his pizza and doesn't say a freakin* word to him. Then turns to US and tells us that she'll kick us out next time if we let someone cut the line... I get it, we shouldn't have let him buy us our pizza, but it was our first time there. I'm sure she sees that kind of stuff all the time so why didn't the employees of Secret Pizza protect their customers? Why did they allow someone to cut the line and take advantage of another customers gullibility? Yea, I fell for it and I've learned my lesson, but seriously, why scold us for the other guys actions. I'll come back here again, I just feel used and picked on when we were the victims here.
