  • This company would not return my phone calls for three weeks as I was trying to get my BiPAP machine serviced. They strung me along for the three weeks knowing that I am BiPolar and that correct sleep was my most important factor in me not having bipolar episodes. It took a call to a supervisor to get any answers from this company and that phone call yeilded the result that they couldn't help me. IMHO a very poor company to do business with. I highly suggest you think twice before utilizing this company.
