  • This seemed like a good place when we moved in. They said all the right things when we first moved in. They said that they will notify us of any repairs or if they need to enter the apartment but they will not call and they will leave the note any where they choose. If you live here make sure you get everything in writing. When we decided to leave because they do not communicate and they raise their rates over 100 dollars a month they decided to see how much they can make us pay before we leave. They said they will not tell the other apartment that we always paid on time unless we pay everything even though they did not give us a note saying they needed to enter thwy charged us because it was not ready for them to enter. It may seem like a good apartment but be careful not to get sucked in by the gimmicks.
