Larger store. Therefore meaning you really need to make sure you greet your customer and let them know how your servicing operates! But they did not. 3-4 counters and 3 customer seating areas. You did not know where to go! They had some little "slip service waiting list", that anyone walking through the door would not know existed and did not know until they were 20 minutes standing aimlessly. Felt very aimless in there.
Along with that...the customer service was definitely below par. One assumed manager had two persons that came in to be on "his account" and timed - spent over 1.2 hrs with one customer. While normally this would not be an issue if this is the time the customer needed, they were joking around and laughing a little too much when seeing the amount of customers waiting, that should have been curtailed and he should have really redirected the customer to a more focused pace.
These employees definitely need a customer service refresher and customer time limit goals.
