  • I arrived at 6:45 at the "Minute Clinic" and attempted to check in to see the nurse. I received a message on the Kiosk that I could not check in because they were booked until closing at 7:30. However, there was no one else checked in at the Kiosk and only one patient in the room with the nurse "see my screen shot of the kiosk verifying this. I waited until the nurse comes out at 7:03 and ask her. She states she can not see me because I didn't check in before 7:00. I explained to her what the kiosk said and she basically apologized and acknowledged this happens all the time and its a problem with the kiosk, but she can't help me. So basically, even though they close at 7:30, there are no more patients for her to see from 7:03 on she can't see me? This makes no sense. I will never go back to Minute Clinic.
