  • Won't be going back to this place. The customer service manager was extremely rude (Rena), very condescending during check in. The breakfast is a joke, bagels were dry like they were frozen and then left out to defrost before breakfast. The lock to the bathroom was broken and locked me in the bathroom. The pillows were horrible and the smell of the hotel made us nauseous. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all cost!!!!!
