  • Dr. Li is a fantastic optometrist and works with the utmost professionalism. I found Dr. Li because I used to live in the neighbourhood. Although I've since moved away, I still return to see Dr. Li. Why? Because there are no wait times, she is extremely thorough with her exam and everyone who you meet in the office will greet you with a smile. I find I can always get an appointment within 3 - 5 days of my request and the available times are great (weekends and evenings). I appreciate that when the office calls to confirm my appointment, they remind me to bring sunglasses because of the eye drops. I would have forgot otherwise and it's just a nice consideration. I also had a great experience purchasing frames and lenses from this location - I got frames that actually fit my face shape and they're lightweight and on trend. You should definitely call Dr. Li - you won't regret it.
