  • Being a Chinaman, I'd rate this Outlet five stars just on value alone, since there is a great selection of stores and it's a helluva lot closer than driving out to Cabazon. Two things bring it down to four stars though: 1. I don't enjoy shopping when it's 108F outside. 2. I think I saw a coffee shop in the food plaza - because we all need coffee when it's stupid hot outside - seriously, where's the bar? I'd love to shop here longer if there was a beer garden.
