  • Terrible from top to bottom. I had a scheduled pickup from 8:30-10:30. They called at 8:30 saying they would be late, between 10:30-11. At 10:45 I called and they said they came and waited 15 minutes, then left. When I told him that he never called to tell me they were on the way, he started to argue with me. When they finally got there and we told them they were supposed to go to two locations, the driver said they couldn't because no one told them about the second location (I did tell them). Then, they estimated $500 for 3/4 a truck, which is 2/3rds more than any other hauling service.
