  • I recently had tiles installed from this vendor. The service representative was entirely unaccommodating and unprofessional. He refused to execute the work in the manner agreed upon. When I questioned his team of laborers about the nature of unwanted changes to the tile pattern, he responded by calling me and threatening to halt work halfway through the project - his tone was extremely combative, disrespectful and threatening. I chose to have them complete the project rather than have a torn up, half complete floor. When complete, the work was very poorly executed - broken tiles, irregular patterns and generally sloppy work. Additionally, he demanded I pay by check despite a clearly defined clause in our contract that I pay by credit card. I would never recommend this team to anyone.
