Loved this venue for checking off a bucket list item: seeing REO Speedwagon live. Since they never come to my city, I travelled to Vegas to see them. I bought the tickets online and I think I paid a couple of dollars for will call. A few days before the concert, I remembered the credit card I used to buy them I no longer had and they said this wouldn't be an issue (not the same story with Ticketmaster).
Event day, we arrived at the box office and no issue with getting my tickets by providing my name. I can't recall if I had to show ID. Outside of the showroom, the merch table was set up. The also have plastic cups if you have a drink and want to bring it inside. That's a plus! We were standing near the entrance sign and the gentleman working asked if we had tickets. When I said yes, he asked to look at them to see where the seats were. Then he gave me a tip, he said as soon as the show starts run tot the front of the stage and stand there all night. This must happen for all shows and it's exactly what happened so as Jeff G says, don't go front row tickets unless you want people standing in front of you or you want to stand right in front of the stage.
Inside the line up for the bar was getting busy close to show time. The seats are some of the best I've sat at for a concert in a smaller venue (and the bigger venues too). They are large and plush so I don't feel cramped. I could even get up and walk by others in my row without them standing. Most of the seats also have cup holders at the bottom of the seat in front.
They say no photos or videos but they don't enforce it. Usher was great showing people to their seats too. I don't think there's any washrooms there so line ups after the show in the casino washrooms.
Would definitely want to see another show here!
