  • I tried to rent several(20) rooms here for my out of town wedding guests only to be denied by their group sales agent. When I asked how many rooms they had available she informed me they had 50 rooms available, but she thought she could make more money if a conference came into town so she wouldn't rent me any rooms. Astonished that a hotel didn't want to rent rooms I thought the general manager would like to know. He seemed to not care and didn't even apologize for his rude staff. I am still in shock at the complete lack of customer service:(
