rev:text	I HATE ,HATE, HATE, HATE this store! Did I mention hate? Where to begin, my frustration runs so deep for this company and especially this location. After reading all the reviews I honestly don't know how they are still in operation. Let me just tell you about my latest experience. Recently moved and lost my calendar that I need to get my diamond checked every 6 months. It will be my first time taking it to be inspected, so I'm sure I can call in, request a duplicate calendar and be given the exact month I need to take it in right? Wrong! Spoke with Suzie or Suzane, let her know the situation and she then asked me when was my ring purchased. I advised her I didn't know because my Husband bought me my ring. She then started asking me if I had any idea of when, I told her maybe November. She said the inspection is due next month. I asked her how she knew that if I didn't give her any of my information. Of course she said she didn't know exactly. I asked if she could look up the right date because I didnt want to be late and lose my warranty and she said no, she couldn't! Like really?!?! I asked to speak with their Manager and was informed they don't have one. I then asked for the number to their corporate office because I'm sure they'd be able to look up the information for me (of course I was being sarcastic this point). She then ask me for my information and placed me hold. Came back to tell me, she was all of a sudden able to look up my information and confirm it's due in May. Suzie, I hope you read this...if you don't like your job and not a people person then do everyone a favor and quit your job! Horrible and WORST customer service experience I have ever been given!!!!
