| - Funny enough, I've never been to this salon nor heard of it until this incident, however please hear me out. On Saturday, March 10th while at my job, I met Ryan Valdez, a stylist from Zolton's. I was ringing him up as he was buying some products from my place of business where he kindly asked me where I get my hair done. I told him the name of the salon which is a place I've been going to for many years and am very happy with the results I get there. Some backstory, I got my whole head bleached out not too long ago by my own choice and have been working on getting my hair back to health since then, and this was actually a day where I felt very happy and confident with how it felt and looked. After I told him where I get it done, Ryan sized me up, gave me a strange look and pulled a business card out of his wallet and told me to let him "fix this whole situation" (making a circular gesture at my hair) and to stop going to my current stylist. Mind you, I had a very large line of customers behind him who could hear every word he was saying. I've never felt so humiliated in my own workplace, especially on a day I felt so confident with myself. I will not ever be visiting this salon and I find it very unfortunate that this one stylist could tarnish the name of a salon that I'm sure does fantastic work. Dear Ryan, maybe take note that embarrassing people at their workplace in front of their coworkers and customers is NOT how to get new clients. I wish I could rate 0 stars but 1 will suffice I suppose. I'm so disappointed.
