Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication in your housekeeping staff. I have worked in the hotel industry for over 7 years. I booked the Hyatt place because of the level of standards and expectations I look for you fell short very short of both. Housekeeping came to my room to WAKE ME UP 4 times within 3 hours. First time was a floor supervisor that knocked on the door at 9am with a DND on the door. I explained to the floor supervisor that I would be checking out late. Next comes the floor GRA about 35-40 min later asking what time we are checking out. About another hour comes by and another GRA knocks on the door and to put the cherry on top another GRA comes to the door right at 12 noon. What is the point of me contacting the front desk to let them know I want a late check out if this isn't communicated to HK.
