  • This is a weird little place. The staff there is gossipy and insular and gives the impression that they are doing YOU the favor of taking your money. The last time I had my pet groomed there I was told by a new groomer that I was being charged $15 more for the same service than other similarly situated clients. And that this had gone on for years. I asked this person why and if my pet was difficult. The employee did not understand why and said my pet was very pleasant and tolerant especially compared to other animals. I asked the manager who immediately became defensive, did not want to hear my concerns, then told me not to return. I will oblige her.
