  • My husband and I just purchased/leased 2 cars from Ganley Ford West. We had an amazing experience this past week w the entire sales team from our sales guy Ed, to the GM, to the Tracy in the Finance department. The environment was much more comfortable and laid back than last time. They all really worked hard to make sure we were happy and with in our price range. This was by far the best purchasing experience we have had. There was no pressure, no pushing, and genuine effort and working together to make the deals happen. We will for sure be back!!! I would highly suggest giving them another change if you had a poor experience in the past (like we had), it is absolutely worth it. It seems like things have taken a turn for the better!!
