  • 5 stars all-around for this awesome establishment. We had a Groupon, which we paid $100 bucks for the Signature Five-Course Tasting Menu for Two People. Every single piece of fish was fresh and delicious. You could tell this wasn't your average sushi restaurant. 1st course: tai sashimi dry miso (FAVORITE DISH!!!!) 2nd course: yellowtail jalapeño roll, two-piece salmon with wasabi salsa sushi, two-piece scallop tiradito sushi, and two-piece tuna sushi 3rd course: rock shrimp tempura with creamy spicy sauce 4th course: black cod with miso 5th course: dessert (chocolate cake, green tea ice cream and mixed berries) I have zero to no complaints about the courses offered. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed the quality sushi at this place. This is a fancy restaurant, so the portions were expected to be small. If you walk in expecting huge servings, you definitely picked the wrong restaurant, lol. We went on a weeknight with a reservation, so service was super quick and attentive. I ordered the Peruvian Caipirinha cocktail too, which had an awesome kick with the ginger beer. Overall, this was a steal of a deal. We paid an additional $20 bucks + 20% tip (~$20) for the course. All in all, we paid about $140 for a delicious five-course tasting menu. The service was also great. We were treated really well even with our Groupon and was checked upon multiple times throughout the night. I was really impressed and left feeling satisfied with the entire experience. I'd highly reccomend this place for any date night!
