  • I bought my first car from here when at old location and had a great experience in 2014. Went back to get a car for my husband couple days ago and Eli was the most unprofessional sales person we have ever came across. He was very demeaning in his word choice and would through digs wherever he could. He would talk to us as if we had no ideas what we were talking about. We told him we were also interested in another vehicle to be honest and at the end he told us his manager was thinking about our offer, ripped the sales negotiation sheet out of my hand and said "Go enjoy your other vehicle" and walked away. We were in shock but then not really because he just got more immature and came back to us as walking out and my husband told him he didn't need to be so low and could of said they wouldn't do the deal and be courteous. He rolled his eyes and said have a good night and left. So we walked out the doors and the finance manager that previously came out was outside looking at other vehicles and was never inside to discuss our last offer which means Eli only wanted commission. Which in the beginning he said he needs to make money off this so it's not fair for us to negotiate and we should purchase at MSRP price. This whole situation has put the worst taste in our mouths and will never return. It's very sad because I love my Soul and wanted to keep them business but never again.
