Bought a Groupon stylist was Azar, my hair was pretty long and I kept telling her I want to maintain the length. I showed several pictures to her. At first she told me she is only cutting off about an inch and a half. As she went along cutting my hair it kept getting shorter. The image I had in my mind was not what I ended up with. Took me so long to grow my hair too. Really it's the stylist job to satisfy the client not create what they think is best. And it's kinda strange how they say they understand what you want when really they don't even after showing pictures, and this is a senior stylist. At the end of the day hair will grow back so I'm not too worried but to let everyone else out there know didn't have the greatest experience. Aaron now is at cellar salon and he is such a sweet heart and so is Soo I had a great experience there with them. Too bad I was intrigued by the Groupon at Kearns and co. Also the product Azar used in my hair left. Whitish grey residue not sure if it was expired or she used way too much. She is a nice person talks a lot maybe loses focus on what client wants but if you have long hair and want to maintain the Length not the place to go. She does her own thing and her blowout was ridiculous she gives the worst setting style and then tried to change when she realized that I didn't like it. I would not go back there. Learn to listen and make your client t happy don't tell them your only cutting off an inch and half and then end up chopping off all their hair seriously if this wasn't a Groupon I would have run out without paying.
