  • Your Doctor Will Do Better/Low Quality Results!! The owner was nice & tried to deliver but couldn't. The baby's position + their low quality machine left me with no pictures I can use and I was not given a DVD,,,even the black and white pics were not clear like at the Doctor. I was rescheduled after the first 30 min session produced nothing and the second session went the same way. Unclear pictures/wasted time. :( I would have been happier if they would have given realistic expectations and instead of trying multiple times just offer a refund when you can not produce! Unfortunately no refund moms,,, just a "it was in the fine print" statement. "Pictures may not be good quality and you will not be due a refund no matter what."
