  • If they had negative stars I would give it to Joe, the manager. I negotiated a price for a large purchase of plants. They guarantee them and I lost about 8. I brought them back for an exchange. He advised me that the original discount would not apply to the exchange. He also told me that "people buy more plants and drop a lot more money than I did every day" and he has not seen that discount given to them. I provided a receipt, he acknowledged the discount, and he didn't care. Told me that he would not honor my original agreement. He was extremely rude, dismissive and unreasonable.
