  • The only reason I continue to go to this office is because my previous OBGYN recommended Dr Colwell. Dr. Colwell is awesome, extremely nice, great bedside manor, very easy to talk to and explains everything very well. The office staff is really hit or miss. Every single person you talk to will give you a different answer for the same question. Scheduling desk is a joke, and getting through to someone on the phone is an even bigger joke. My previous OBGYN was always willing to work you in if you had an issue and the response 99% of the time with this office is "go to the ER," which is ridiculous. The staff will come up with any excuse if they don't know how to answer your questions, I am under the impression they always think they are dealing with idiots, and that their patients will believe anything they hear. I am hoping that if I have another baby, I will live closer to my old OBGYN because this office has made my pregnancy a nightmare. I will wait and see how labor goes with Dr. Colwell, hopefully it goes as well as my other visits with her.
