  • Went in today to open a new bank account since I've had credit acct with them for a little while. Steven (personal banker) was the only one that noticed me and greeted me. He was so nice, professional and make me feel so welcoming. His attitude was the only reason why I even give this place a 2 stars. For a fancy business like this, the customer service and your attitude towards customers should be on your "A" game to have people coming back banking with you. The lady at the register was the one I'm talking about. Her name is Irene. She looks like she hated the job so much that all her bad attitude just went all in for me. When I didn't do nothing. I did not even have a smile or a thank you. But a "HOLD UP LET ME GIVE YOU ONE MORE RECEIPT" like if you are so pissed off at your job, don't show up. Other than that Steven !! You were a great help today.
