  • I wish that yelp would offer less than 1 star. My experience today was by far the worst of any fast food chain ever. It started with my total at the speaker box being $2 less than that at the window, but was never corrected even though it was an employee mistake. It continued when I was treated rudely by the lady giving me my food because I have a hard time trusting a fast food employee to get my order right. When I tried to get someones attention to speak with a manager, I noticed that the manager was pointing at me, with a smile on his face, yet never made any attempt to see what the problem was. The managers attitude explained everything, and I will be visiting another McDonalds in the future, even if it is 3 miles in the other direction. Worst Customer Service Ever, and yet these employees expect to make $15/hr?!?! What a joke! Management needs to take a step back and look at the real issue!!
